Mental illness affects many people. The reasons are manifold are always unique and therefore require an individual perspective. Therapy should therefore not follow a preset fixed pattern. The comprehensive training as a psychological psychotherapist as well as my working experiences in various treatment facilities and cultures allow me to have an individual view of the person I am dealing with across therapy schools.

In my opinion, therapy should be based on scientifically sound pillars and at the same time must be patient-friendly and individually tailored to the person affected. This requires, on the one hand, comprehensive training and in-depth knowledge and, on the other hand, the willingness to  deviate from a preset treatment regimen where appropriate. Therapy techniques from various “therapy schools” are helpful here, which I incorporate into cognitive behavioral therapy as needed.

I look forward to working with you to develop an individually tailored treatment for you. I'm excited to get to know you and your life story!
